Advertising Disclosure

This Advertising Disclosure explains how Ecolence may receive compensation from investment sponsors, service providers, advertisers and other organizations appearing on or promoting through the Ecolence platform.

Last Updated: August 18, 2026

About Ecolence

Ecolence operates an online marketplace and information platform focused on environmental, sustainable and impact-related investments.

As part of its business model, Ecolence may receive fees or other compensation from investment sponsors, issuers, service providers, advertisers and other organizations for listings, subscriptions, advertising, promotional services, enhanced visibility or other platform services.

The existence of a commercial relationship does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, recommendation or approval by Ecolence of an organization, investment opportunity, product or service.

Sponsor Listing and Subscription Fees

Investment sponsors, issuers, fund managers and other organizations may pay Ecolence subscription, listing or platform fees to maintain profiles, display investment opportunities, access platform features or otherwise participate in the Ecolence marketplace.

Payment of these fees may provide access to platform functionality or visibility associated with the applicable subscription or listing plan.

Payment to Ecolence should not be interpreted as an indication that an investment opportunity has been recommended, endorsed or approved by Ecolence.

Featured and Promoted Listings

Featured, Sponsored and Promoted Content

Ecolence may offer sponsors, issuers, service providers or advertisers opportunities to obtain enhanced visibility through featured placement, sponsored content, promoted listings, advertising or similar arrangements.

Where appropriate, Ecolence may identify paid promotional content using labels such as “Sponsored,” “Featured,” “Promoted,” “Advertisement,” or similar terminology.

Enhanced placement may affect where or how prominently certain content appears on the platform.

Paid placement does not constitute a recommendation by Ecolence and should not be interpreted as an assessment of the investment quality, expected performance, suitability or relative merits of an investment opportunity.

Featured Does Not Mean Recommended

Meaning of “Featured”

The term “Featured,” when used on Ecolence, generally indicates that an investment opportunity, sponsor, service provider or other item has been selected for increased visibility on the platform. Featured status may result from editorial selection, platform functionality, a commercial arrangement, or a combination of these factors, as disclosed where appropriate.

“Featured” does not mean “recommended,” “approved,” “verified,” “rated,” or “endorsed” by Ecolence.

Investors should independently evaluate all investment opportunities regardless of their placement or visibility on the platform.

Service Provider Listings and Advertising

Ecolence may maintain a directory of attorneys, accountants, auditors, fund administrators, insurance providers, technology providers, consultants, marketing firms and other professional or commercial service providers.

Service providers may pay Ecolence for directory listings, subscriptions, advertising, enhanced profiles, promotional placement or other platform services.

The inclusion or placement of a service provider on Ecolence does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement or recommendation of that provider or its services.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating a service provider’s qualifications, licensing, experience, reputation, fees and suitability before engaging that provider.

Sponsored Content

Ecolence may publish articles, interviews, reports, videos, webinars, research, educational materials or other content that has been sponsored, funded or otherwise supported by a third party.

When content is sponsored or produced in connection with a material commercial relationship, Ecolence intends to provide an appropriate disclosure so users can understand the nature of that relationship.

Sponsored content should not be interpreted as independent investment research or as an investment recommendation by Ecolence unless expressly identified otherwise.

Ecolence Intelligence

Ecolence Intelligence and Editorial Content

Ecolence may publish educational materials, market commentary, industry developments, research summaries, newsletters and other editorial content through Ecolence Intelligence and other areas of the platform.

Ecolence may reference investment sponsors, issuers, service providers, companies or other organizations with which Ecolence has a commercial relationship.

Where a material commercial relationship is relevant to particular content, Ecolence intends to disclose that relationship in a manner appropriate to the content and context.

Unless expressly identified as sponsored or promotional, editorial inclusion is not necessarily based upon whether an organization has paid Ecolence.

Advertising Does Not Affect Investment Terms

Investment Terms and Offering Materials

Advertising, promotional placement or payments made to Ecolence do not alter the legal terms of an investment opportunity.

Investment terms are established by the applicable issuer or sponsor and are governed by the applicable definitive offering documents.

Investors should review those documents carefully before making an investment decision.

No Investment Recommendation

Advertising, featured placement, sponsored content, search placement, inclusion in a directory or other visibility on Ecolence should not be interpreted as investment advice or as a recommendation to purchase, sell or hold any security or investment.

Ecolence users should independently evaluate investment opportunities and consult their own professional advisers as appropriate.

Search Results, Rankings and Placement

The order in which investment opportunities, sponsors, service providers or other content appear on Ecolence may be influenced by a variety of factors, including user-selected filters, relevance, recency, platform functionality, availability, editorial considerations and, where clearly identified, paid promotional arrangements.

Placement within search results, marketplace pages or other areas of Ecolence should not be interpreted as a ranking of investment quality, expected performance or suitability.

Personalization and Recommendations

Ecolence may from time to time introduce tools that personalize or organize content based on information provided by users, expressed preferences, browsing activity or other factors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, personalized content, suggested listings or similar functionality is intended to assist with discovery and should not be interpreted as individualized investment advice or a determination that an investment is suitable for a particular user.

Third-Party Advertising

Ecolence may display advertisements or links relating to products or services provided by third parties.

Third-party advertisers are responsible for their own products, services, representations and advertising content.

Ecolence does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality or suitability of third-party products or services solely because they are advertised or referenced on the platform.

External Websites and Links

Ecolence may contain links to websites, offering portals, sponsor websites, service providers or other resources operated by third parties.

Ecolence does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security or availability.

Users should review the applicable terms, privacy policies and disclosures when visiting third-party websites.

Compensation and Potential Conflicts of Interest

Ecolence’s receipt of fees or other compensation from organizations appearing on the platform creates commercial relationships that users should understand when evaluating content or placement.

Ecolence seeks to address these relationships through appropriate disclosures and by distinguishing paid promotional content where required or appropriate.

Users should consider the possibility of commercial relationships when evaluating featured, sponsored or promoted content and should make investment decisions based upon their own independent evaluation and the applicable offering documents.

Transaction-Based Compensation

Unless separately disclosed in connection with a particular service or offering, Ecolence’s standard platform, listing, subscription and advertising fees are intended to compensate Ecolence for platform and promotional services rather than for an investor’s decision to purchase a particular security.

If Ecolence’s compensation structure changes or Ecolence participates in activities involving transaction-based compensation, brokerage services, placement activities or regulated securities functions, appropriate disclosures and regulatory arrangements will be implemented as required.

Sponsor and Advertiser Responsibility

Sponsors, issuers, service providers and advertisers are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Ecolence are accurate, complete and compliant with applicable laws, regulations and advertising requirements.

Ecolence may establish content standards, request modifications or remove materials that do not comply with platform policies, but such review should not be interpreted as legal approval of the content or underlying investment opportunity.

Changes to This Advertising Disclosure

Ecolence may update this Advertising Disclosure periodically to reflect changes in its business model, advertising practices, platform functionality or applicable legal requirements.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when the disclosure was most recently revised.
