Frequently Asked Questions
Who can list on Ecolence?
Ecolence is designed for investment sponsors and professional service providers participating in the environmental and impact investment marketplace. Listings and memberships are subject to Ecolence review and approval.
Do investors pay to use Ecolence?
Investors can browse investment opportunities, sponsors and service providers without paying a marketplace membership fee.
Does Ecolence charge investors a commission?
No. Ecolence does not charge investors a commission for discovering investment opportunities through the platform.
Are featured placements included with membership?
Featured placements and certain promotional opportunities are optional add-ons and are not included in standard membership unless specifically stated.
When does my membership begin?
Membership begins after the organization has been approved by Ecolence and the applicable membership payment has been completed.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships may be canceled by providing Ecolence with notice at least 10 days before the applicable renewal date. Monthly memberships require at least 10 days’ notice before the next monthly renewal. Six-month and annual memberships remain active through the end of their initial committed term and then automatically convert to month-to-month membership unless the member elects to renew for another extended commitment period. Once converted to month-to-month, cancellation requires at least 10 days’ notice before the next monthly renewal date.
