ABOUT ECOLENCE

Understanding the Platform

What is Ecolence?

Ecolence is a marketplace designed to help investors discover environmental and impact investment opportunities across sectors including sustainable agriculture, clean energy, water, forestry, natural capital, carbon markets, biodiversity, environmental infrastructure, climate technology and other areas of the environmental economy.

Environmental investment opportunities are often spread across individual sponsor websites, funds, project developers and other sources. Ecolence was created to bring these opportunities together within a centralized platform where investors can more easily discover, understand and compare them.

Ecolence focuses specifically on environmental and impact investment opportunities and organizes listings using a consistent information framework. The objective is to make opportunities across different sectors and investment structures easier to discover and understand.

The Ecolence Standard is a standardized framework for organizing key information about investment opportunities. It covers areas such as the investment overview, financial information, sustainability objectives, risks, management, documents, timeline and frequently asked questions.

Ecolence is being developed with a global vision. The availability of investment opportunities may vary by geography, offering structure, applicable securities laws and investor eligibility requirements.

INVESTMENT LISTINGS

Understanding What You See

Who provides the information on an investment listing?

Investment information is generally supplied by the applicable sponsor, issuer or its authorized representatives. Ecolence organizes that information within the platform’s standardized presentation framework.

Sponsored content or placement means that Ecolence has received compensation or other consideration in connection with the content, placement or promotion. Sponsored status does not constitute an investment recommendation or endorsement.

Available information may vary depending on the investment, offering stage, sponsor and applicable regulatory requirements. Investors should review the complete offering materials provided by the sponsor before making an investment decision.

A Featured designation generally indicates enhanced placement or visibility on the Ecolence platform and may be part of a paid promotional arrangement. Featured status does not indicate that Ecolence considers an investment superior to other opportunities.

Yes. Offering terms, availability, fundraising status, financial information and other details may change. Investors should confirm current information directly through the applicable offering materials and sponsor.

These labels are intended to provide a general indication of an offering’s reported status. Availability should always be confirmed with the applicable sponsor or issuer.
